5.2 We have offices and facilities in the UK. The European Commission has made an “adequacy decision” with respect to the data protection laws of countries outside of the EEA, but JH Virtual Assistant does not transfer any personal data outside of the EEA.
5.3 The hosting facilities for our website are situated in the UK.
5.4 Our Virtual Assistant Subcontractors, Social Media Subcontractors, Call Answering Subcontractors and any other service subcontractor are all situated in the UK.
